Is my data private?
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database. Nothing is sent to our servers — we don't even have servers that receive your data. See our

How do I start a new protocol?
Tap the Protocols tab → tap the + button in the top right → fill in your protocol name, peptides, start/end dates, and dosing schedule → tap Save. Doses are automatically added to your calendar.
Why don't I see future doses in my calendar?
Make sure your protocol status is set to Active or Planned. The calendar shows scheduled doses for both statuses. If doses still don't appear, try opening the Protocol Detail and tapping "Regenerate Schedule".
How do I log a dose?
Tap a dose in the Today section on the Home screen, or tap any calendar day → tap the dose → tap Log. You can also use the Smart Log feature and type naturally: "250mcg BPC-157 subcutaneous abdomen".
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you 1 active protocol and up to 10 vials — enough to get started. Pro unlocks unlimited protocols, correlation analytics, PDF export, cost tracking, and progress photos. Start with a free 7-day trial.
How do I add a vial?
Go to the Vials tab → tap + → enter the peptide name, batch size, concentration, and reconstitution details. You can set the status (Powder / Reconstituted) and track fill percentage as you use it.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to iOS Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Pepzio → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
I lost my data after reinstalling — can I recover it?
If you had iCloud Backup enabled before uninstalling, restore your iPhone from backup to recover app data. Unfortunately, we cannot recover data that was not backed up, as we do not store your data on any server.
What is the Stack Advisor?
When building a protocol, the Stack Advisor surfaces known research notes about peptide combinations — including common pairings and potential contraindications. It's informational only and not medical advice.
How do reconstitution reminders work?
If you have a protocol starting with vials in "Powder" status, Pepzio sends a push notification the day before the protocol start date reminding you to reconstitute and prepare your supplies.
Can I export my research data?
Pro users can export a full PDF research log from Settings → Export Research Log. The PDF includes protocol history, dose logs, and notes formatted for easy review.
Does Pepzio work with Apple Health?
Optionally. Pepzio can read weight and sleep data from Apple Health to surface correlations with your dose days. You control this permission in iOS Settings → Privacy → Health → Pepzio.
